David Albright
David Albright is the editor for Morgan Howard Productions. He specializes in Documentary / Non-Fiction videos, graduating with a degree in Non-Fiction Video Production from Fairhaven College and the NW Film School in 2007.
While attending school in Bellingham, David served as Production Manager at Camcord at Large and as videographer for the Bellingham City Council meetings for BTV10. He also produced, directed, edited and distributed “Smells Like Money: The Story of Bellingham’s Georgia Pacific Plant,” a feature length oral history documentary. The film went on to win numerous awards, screen at the NW Projection Film Festival and the Port Townsend Film Festival, and has been a best seller at Village Books in Bellingham.
After graduating he went on to serve as Associate Producer for the Seattle Sonics and Storm, for the 2007-2008 seasons.
David’s family has roots in Juneau, Alaska. His Great-grandfather, Walter Hikohachi Fukuyama, immigrated to Juneau from Japan, and became a well known figure in the community as the owner/ operator of Juneau Laundry. He and his family lived in Juneau until they were relocated during WWII, after which they chose to stay in Seattle.
